Our Assistant Program
Starting your career in beauty can feel a little overwhelming—we totally get it. That’s why our assistant program at GROW is designed to help you build real confidence behind the chair, with hands-on coaching, clear expectations, and meaningful client experiences. You won’t just be folding towels or watching from the sidelines—you’ll be working one-on-one with real guests, building trust, while also learning technical trends in the beauty industry and how to build a wealthy career.
We’re serious about growth, but we also believe in keeping it personal. You’ll get consistent education, weekly check-ins, and the kind of mentorship that keeps you accountable, encouraged, and always evolving. You’ll know exactly what’s expected, have clear milestones to work toward, and always have a team there to guide you—not just tell you what to do.
