Behind the chair since 2010, Molly specializes in bold color (especially reds), short cuts, and natural-looking extensions. As the owner of GROW, she also handles the business side—keeping things running smoothly when she’s not creating magic with hair.

With 17 years of professional experience, Amanda is a licensed cosmetologist and bridal stylist who recently returned to Kansas City after building Aistear Beauty—her own bridal hair and makeup business. She’s passionate about creating stress‑free, personalized wedding experiences and is known for her calm, confident presence.
