Hi, I’m Ellie. As the Salon Manager at GROW, I am the behind the scenes support system that keeps everything flowing smoothly. I love creating a calm, organized environment where the team can focus fully on their guests and every appointment feels effortless from start to finish.

I came to GROW through my sister Abby. When she moved to Kansas City after college, I followed soon after. We have always been incredibly close as younger sister, built in best friend, and now roommate, so joining her here felt completely natural. Being part of this space with her is something really special.

I have always loved the arts, and my background in theatre directing taught me how to juggle moving parts, create atmosphere, and notice the small details that make an experience feel thoughtful and intentional. Organization is my love language, and nothing makes me happier than making sure the salon has what it needs, when it needs it.
