✨ Hey, I’m Molly, the owner of GROW Salon & Spa in the Brookside neighborhood of Kansas City. I’m a stylist, salon owner, mentor, plant lover, romance-novel girlie, and dog mom to Ruby, our 85 pound pittie who proudly serves as emotional support greeter and professional napper at the salon. 🐾

I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2006 and doing hair since 2010. I’ve worked as a commission stylist, national educator, booth renter, and now owner of a thriving multi service salon and spa. In 2020, right in the middle of the shutdown, I opened my first studio. Since then, GROW has bloomed into a space I truly love. And yes, my hot husband runs his barbershop just next door.

What lights me up is helping beauty pros build careers and lives that feel balanced. I love mentoring newer stylists, building systems that support real growth, and cheering people on as they find more income, confidence, and freedom behind the chair and at home.

When I am not creating gorgeous hair behind the chair or geeking out over salon strategy, you can find me in backyard veggie garden, diamond painting with a podcast in my ears, or patio hopping around KC with friends. My home is full of pets, my bookshelf is full of spice, and my brain is always full of ideas.
