✨ Hey, I’m Molly—the heart behind GROW Salon and Spa in the Brookside neighborhood of Kansas City, Missouri. I’m a stylist, salon owner, mentor, plant enthusiast, proud romance novel addict—and dog mom to Ruby, our 85 lb pittie mix who comes to work with me most days and takes her role as emotional support dog and professional napper very seriously. 🐾

I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2006, doing hair since 2010, and I’ve worn just about every hat along the way: commission stylist, educator, renter, and now owner of a thriving multi-service salon and spa. In 2020—yes, in the middle of a global shutdown—I took the leap and opened my first studio. Today, GROW has blossomed into something bigger than I ever imagined (and yep—my hot husband runs his own barbershop inside our space 😘).

What lights me up is helping stylists build careers that actually feel good—not just behind the chair, but in life. I love supporting creative pros in finding their flow, growing their income, and designing a life that makes space for health, love, time, and money. Whether it’s mentorship, business systems, or a little cheerleading, I’m here for the whole journey.

When I’m not slinging foils or geeking out over salon strategy, you’ll find me with (perfectly Abby-manicured) dirt under my nails in the garden, diamond painting with a podcast in my ears, or patio-hopping around KC with friends. My home is full of fur babies, my bookshelf is full of spice, and my brain is always full of new ideas.
