What’s Expected of You

  • Deliver a consistent guest experience every visit.

  • Take and submit photos for social + portfolio.

  • Maintain trackers (service usage, rebooking, referrals).

  • Participate in team education and quarterly staff meetings.

  • Uphold GROW’s cleanliness and professionalism standards.

Pay Structure & Growth

We believe in clarity and transparency — no guessing about how you’re paid or how to grow.

  • Commission on services: Earn a percentage of every service you provide.

  • Retail commission: 15% on all retail sales (Amika, SkinScript, and more).

  • Tips: 100% of tips are yours. If a client tips through Mangomint, those tips are added to your paycheck. If a guest gives you cash (or uses an alternative method like Venmo or CashApp), you keep that directly. GROW does not withhold taxes on tips — you’re responsible for reporting them as income when you file taxes.

  • Bonuses & incentives: Extra earnings available when you hit rebooking, retail attach, and referral goals.

  • Paid meeting hours: Quarterly staff meetings and trainings are paid time.

  • W-2 employment: We handle payroll taxes on your hourly/commission earnings. Tips are separate.

Do you hire new graduates?
Yes, through our Assistant/Apprentice program when available.

Do I get help with marketing?
Absolutely — we provide team photos, branded content, and social features.

Do I have to work nights/weekends?
Schedules balance lifestyle and client demand. Expectations are set during onboarding.

Is there growth potential?
Yes. We track KPIs and reward growth with higher earning opportunities and advanced education.

Do I need to bring my own products?
No. We supply the back bar. You’ll earn 15% on retail sales.

Do I keep all of my tips?
Yes! You keep 100% of your tips.
